Complaints & Information

We believe that all our dealings with our clients are open and transparent and this includes our commitment to recognise that sometimes things go wrong.

If you are dissatisfied with our service  we have a comprehensive complaints procedure. (see the policy in the policies section of this website).

If that cannot resolve your concerns we will direct you to the Legal Ombudsman (see link below). We also have a  full comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance with Chartis Europe Limited (UK) (Policy No  0034540326 ).

The policy covers all of our legal work throughout England and Wales. Because of our professional status we are required to follow the SRA Code of Conduct, details of which can be accessed via the link below.
