05.09.2012 - Goody Burrett Awarded New Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accreditation

The Olympics may be over, but Goody Burrett LLP continues to set the highest standards by achieving the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) membership, the gold medal of residential conveyancing.

Managing Partner of Goody Burrett LLP Solicitors Bryan Johnston says of the achievement, “We are absolutely delighted to have obtained the Conveyancing Quality Scheme mark. We guarantee we can provide our clients with the best possible service, and with the full confidence of banks and building societies.”

The CQS was launched to create a trusted conveyancing community. The Law Society aims to increase client recognition of quality standards for residential conveyancing, as accredited firms undergo rigorous assessment and compulsory training. This ensures they meet the stringent requirements of the scheme, and can demonstrate their high level of experience, skills and practice.

Goody Burrett LLP Solicitors are proud to be awarded this unique conveyancing quality mark, as their highly experienced team of lawyers consistently provide excellent client service levels. Having been established for over 200 years, the firm’s high standards have previously been recognised with the Lexcel accreditation received in July 2008, and now the CQS will establish an even higher level of credibility for Goody Burrett LLP.

Accredited practices undergo annual monitoring and enforcement, to ensure client care, staff training and procedural standards are maintained, while Goody Burrett will continue to prove its excellence and practice the distinguished high standards recognised by the CQS.
