30.09.2014 - Changes in Intestacy Law

On October 1st there are changes to the law as to how your wealth is distributed if you die without having made a Will. A surviving spouse or civil partner is set to benefit further from these changes.

This is another good reason to ensure that you have a Will in place that will distribute your estate in accordance with your wishes and, in particular, if you are an unmarried couple as there are no rights to inherit in these circumstances.

Please contact us for further information and to book an appointment to make orreview your Will.
