Andrew is the Head of the Civil Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in litigation matters including debt recovery, boundary disputes and landlord and tenant disputes. Andrew’s mantra is that a problem exists to be solved and if that can be achieved by negotiation or mediation rather than Court proceedings, then so much the better.

Should a negotiated settlement not be possible then the wealth of experience that Andrew can call upon, from High Court actions to County Court proceedings, means he will always ensure that your interests will be sympathetically and professionally represented.

In those rare moments when he is not solving other people’s problems, Andrew enjoys arguing with his wife!
