Don Howe has been a solicitor advocate for 33 years. He is experienced in many areas of law, however, he has always preferred family law. Don’s specialism is working with families for children, both in residence, contact and care proceedings.

He is an extremely experienced advocate and understands that when a Client has to cope with Court proceedings, it can be reassuring to know that the solicitor preparing your case will be in Court with you to present it.

Don has passed rigorous examination and is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel Accreditation Scheme which recognises his vast experience in this area of law. Don is a member of Resolution and is committed to helping his clients resolve matters in a way which is best for them and their family.
