The two year training contract is normally carried out at our Colchester Office however time is often spent in Great Dunmow and indeed two of our former trainees now work in the Great Dunmow Office. It is planned that the trainee will carry out four areas of training with the final six months devoted to the chosen area of Law where the trainee plans to specialise. The trainee works closely with a partner or qualified solicitor or FILEX. The trainee is given early responsibility whilst still guaranteed full support and supervision.
